Absolutely EPIC. We did it as a family treat, just happened to be extremely foggy which was the best thing (for us). We all loved it and will definitely book again 👍👍👍👍

The experience on the phenix is excellent really enjoyed. It is disgusting they change you £3.60 to park on a rough car park which is miles from anywhere with no public transport passing there. The cafe isn't up to much the food is luke warm when it arrives & hot drinks were no where near hot even when asked it the could be warmed up was told NO so you would be better off taking your own flask to have a hot drink

Great experience, lovely staff. Adrenalin fuelled fun. Watch out for the cold weather though it’s an exposed site so the wind can feel cold when climbing around the course. Only let down was the coffee shop, watery drinks and long wait.

Took my daughters for a thrill day out. Easy to get to, lovely staff, well managed and organised, stunning scenery. Ample of parking. The parking app could be problematic is not upload before hand but I also hate having to download an app for anything I don't use frequently. My biggest grumble is the lockers. You put your £1 in but I opened the locker up for the girls to put someone in and I had to put another £1 in. No signage to say this or warnings .

Dont be fooled... 2 minutes on zipline, Video footage didn't work and got a parking charge due to not seeing any signs. Communication to start with was slow, there were weather warnings so was trying to find out on the day if it was still on. When we got a reply we had little time to get there. After just making it on time we found the actual experience wasn't that long even though the time they said on the site made it seem like a good duration. Most of the time was waiting then a bus ride upto the first zipline. Time on the zip lines (2 altogether) was a couple of minutes. It wasn't an adrenal rush like I thought it would be but was a nice scenic view if thats what your looking for. Staff were friendly but the main problem was the video footage that took alot of time trying to download as it kept failing. Then the receptionist sent me a link that said it would fix the problem so we left the venue to do it later. This still didn't work and after a few emails they sent me the same link which of course still didn't work. Eventually I got a full refund. A couple of weeks later there was a parking charge sent through the post. We looked for signs to see if it was the right carpark and if a charge but did not see one. We were told by zipworld they have them everywhere and sent pics. These pics were not recent and the setup inside was different to when we were there. This experience was on our honeymoon and left a sour taste after all this. Would strongly advise to make sure you ask about parking if you don't see a sign and wouldn't recommend getting the video footage as there were others there that also said they had the same issue before but we had already paid.

Amazing, we would go again and again.it was so much fun, the Zip is awesome and the other rides and climbing area are more than enough to keep you occupied and keep the kids entertained for hours. Take a packed lunch or enjoy food from the Bistro cafe onsite. Be prepared for a shortish wait to get through the booking procedure, but plenty to browse through in the shop to keep you occupied whilst you're waiting. Even if you book in advance you still have to wait in line there is no priority till which was a disappointment. The run up the hill is good and you'll need to wait in line before you get loaded up with equipment and then loaded on bus to top of the mountain if it's a good idea to be prepared so shorts and t shirt probably not a good idea as it does get nippy up there whilst your waiting. We enjoyed our day and next time will take a picnic as there is a lot of waiting around but plenty of seating and great views whilst you wait so a good compromise. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Looks like a fun place, unfortunately not a great experience for ourselves. Booked tickets for the tower coaster as a treat to my son. Arrived there to be told that the coaster was not ruining due to bad weather (slight drizzle}. Was offered a refund or a change of date. Fingers crossed for our next visit. Shame that they don't email people with bookings and inform them of certain closures. It would have saved us an hour's trip.

Did phoenix, it was two set of zip lines. Enjoyed the thrill of it. We went on a foggy day so visibility was limited, nevertheless had fun.

A good experience for my overseas visitors. Only downside was paying a parking fee. Why not start charging for the fresh mountain air?

Went for the Santa Grotto and also so an 8 year old could see the zip lines etc and see if it was something he'd like to try. Thought the Santa experience was so so in its presentation. The staff were great though and though not my cup of tea whoever was playing the Grinch deserves a huge bonus or their own show. Can't comment further but I think we will return to try out the ziplines etc .

Done two of the things here (climber and flyer) The climber was good, but the flyer although fun, lasted about 10 minutes. I waited for at least triple that. The cost is high too.
